Qualifications

• 12-15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong ECC implementation and support experience.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Hands-on configuration across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, PCA, and Product Costing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes.
• Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, treasury, and controlling teams.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, PCA, and Product Costing.
• Drive integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Participate in ECC-to-S/4HANA assessments and migration planning.

About the Opportunity

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant to lead Finance and Controlling solution delivery within SAP ECC environments and support future S/4HANA transformation initiatives for a global technology services firm. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on configuration expertise, strong manufacturing finance process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with finance, accounting, treasury, and controlling teams. This is a hybrid/on-site role in Reno, Nevada.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
