ZipStaff Inc. is seeking a senior SAP ABAP Lead Developer for a hybrid/onsite role in Reno, NV. You will design, build, and support complex SAP solutions within ECC and S/4HANA, leading technical development across SAP modules and integration with external systems.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of ABAP experience, strong ECC expertise, and manufacturing industry background, with a track record of delivering large-scale SAP developments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical development activities across ECC applications.
• Design and develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Develop and support ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
• Build integrations with external systems using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Support performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.
• Work closely with functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Participate in S/4HANA custom code remediation and modernization initiatives.

About the Opportunity:

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in ABAP development, RICEFW objects, and integration technologies, with proven experience delivering complex SAP developments in manufacturing environments.
