Job summary

Inclusion Cloud seeks an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant with strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation expertise to join our team. The role focuses on FI configuration, requirements gathering, and delivering robust financial solutions for international stakeholders.

You will participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, translate business needs into FI configurations, and support testing and deployment across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting. Strong English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work with GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting processes and integration.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration docs, and testing scenarios.
• Provide ongoing support during implementation and post-go-live activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), participating in end-to-end implementation projects, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP functionalities, and supporting testing and deployment activities.

This role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact directly with international stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP FI solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules according to business needs.
• Work with core Financial Accounting processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams and technical developers to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and testing scenarios.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing support during implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and international project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP FI Functional Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Previous experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Experience with SAP FI configuration and customization.
• Understanding of integration between SAP FI and other modules, particularly MM and SD.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and issue resolution.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
