Job summary

Corporate Solutions General, Inc. is seeking an SAP FICO Architect/Consultant in Houston, TX to design and implement end-to-end SAP FICO solutions on SAP S/4HANA.

The role includes leading intercompany processes, RAR deployment, and integrating FI/CO with other SAP modules to support comprehensive business processes. Qualifications

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP FICO solutions on SAP S/4HANA aligned with business and financial requirements.
• Architect and optimize complex Intercompany processes, including intercompany billing, reconciliation, and financial settlements.
• Lead the implementation and support of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Provide solution architecture for SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define finance transformation strategies and recommend SAP best practices.
• Integrate SAP FICO with SAP SD, MM, PP, TM, SuccessFactors, and other modules to support end-to-end business processes.
• Lead solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, system conversion, finance data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining system integrity.
• Mentor and guide functional consultants, review solution designs, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with development teams on RICEFW objects, enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, and workflows.
• Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging SAP S/4HANA innovations, automation, and industry best practices to optimize financial operations.
