Job summary

The HT Group is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Austin, TX. You will support an existing SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on production support, functional configuration, testing, and ongoing enhancements with Finance and Accounting teams.

You will translate business requirements into SAP solutions, collaborate with ABAP developers, and assist with month-end close and daily financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO in an S/4HANA environment.
• Experience with SAP FICO functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including month-end close.
• Must be able to work onsite four days per week near downtown Austin.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. No third-party agencies or C2C arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP FICO in SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and other technical resources; assist with testing and enhancements.
