Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an SAP FI/CO Senior Analyst to support a global consumer products organization. This role focuses on SAP FI/CO enhancements and project-based work, partnering directly with finance stakeholders to design and configure solutions across financial processes and systems.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience, strong requirements gathering, and excellent communication skills to drive finance-focused SAP enhancements from requirements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience.
• Ability to gather requirements, work directly with business stakeholders, and translate needs into SAP solutions.
• Experience configuring financial processes, workflows, payments, banking, tax, or master data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting multiple financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Support enhancements related to payments, tax, banking, workflows, and financial master data.
• Present solution options and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Perform testing, support UAT, and guide deployments.
• Collaborate with support teams while owning enhancement and project initiatives.
• Document configuration decisions and ensure solutions align with finance processes.

$50-60/hr | Contract-to-Hire (upwards of 120K/year upon conversion)

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience
• Ability to gather requirements, work directly with business stakeholders, and translate needs into SAP solutions
• Experience configuring financial processes, workflows, payments, banking, tax, or master data
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal oversight
• Experience supporting multiple financial systems

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Concur, Vertex, Hyperion, Blackline, ReadSoft, OCR, or similar financial systems
• Enhancement and project delivery experience (not just production support)
• Payment programs, Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), bank integrations, and treasury-related configuration

Day-to-Day
