Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive a large-scale global transformation and rollout program. The role focuses on finance and controlling, with leadership over global SAP FICO workstreams and collaboration with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements.

The candidate will design and configure SAP FI/CO solutions, manage end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and ensure project timelines and governance are followed.

• Manage end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution discussions with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM teams.
• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization activities.
• Provide mentorship to consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and governance are met.

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our team for a large-scale global transformation and rollout program.
• The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience leading global implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance and controlling requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions in line with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.
• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
