Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive a large-scale global transformation and rollout program. You will lead SAP FICO workstreams, partner with finance and IT stakeholders, and ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery across regions.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering global implementations and ongoing support.

• Expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) for global rollouts.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support.
• Gather and analyze finance/controlling requirements with stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions to meet needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, testing, deployment, hypercare.
• Lead workshops and fit-gap analyses with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, FSCM teams.
• Drive issue resolution, defects, and system stabilization.
• Mentor functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure timelines, quality, governance adherence.

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our team for a large-scale global transformation and rollout program.
• The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience leading global implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance and controlling requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions in line with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.
• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
