Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced SAP FICO Lead for a large-scale global transformation and rollout program in Atlanta, GA. You will lead SAP FICO workstreams, partner with stakeholders, and design SAP FI/CO solutions across finance and controlling processes.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, mentor consultants, and coordinate with MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and governance. US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and fit-gap discussions with client finance teams.

• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and stabilization.
• Mentor functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure timelines, quality, and governance compliance.

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join our team for a large-scale global transformation and rollout program.
• The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience leading global implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance and controlling requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FI and CO solutions in line with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions with client finance teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.
• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to functional consultants and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.
