Job summary

StartSteps Digital Education GmbH seeks a full-time EWM Trainer to deliver its SAP Extended Warehouse Management program. You will train students, collaborate with SAP and internal teams, and continuously refine materials to reflect the latest SAP developments.

A strong trainer with EWM experience and a passion for tech education is essential. The role emphasizes content adaptation, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education that prepares participants for SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA EWM experience.
• Proven trainer track record.
• Curriculum development and instructional design experience.
• Deep SAP knowledge and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration with diverse teams.
• Adaptability to evolving program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train and support students in daily sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and SAP to tailor content.
• Update teaching materials with latest SAP insights.
• Work with other teachers to ensure a cohesive learning journey.
