StartSteps Digital Education GmbH seeks a full-time EWM Trainer to deliver its SAP Extended Warehouse Management program. You will train students, collaborate with SAP and internal teams, and continuously refine materials to reflect the latest SAP developments.

Qualifications

As SAP People to Work training partner, we are offering the SAP Extended Warehouse Management Program.

This innovative initiative aims to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the realm of Extended Warehouse Management and Production Planning and Manufacturing.

We are currently in search of a full-time EWM Trainer, a crucial role focused on the delivery and teaching of the program, to ensure that our participants are fully equipped for prosperous careers as SAP Logistics Consultants.

Tasks

• Train and support the students in their daily sessions.

• Engage in close collaboration with internal teams and our partner, SAP, to pinpoint precise educational needs and adapt teaching content and methods to meet these requirements.

• Regularly update and refine teaching materials to incorporate the latest developments and insights in SAP technology, enhancing the educational value for students.

• Work in harmony with other teachers to provide a unified and enriching educational experience, guaranteeing a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in SAP, specifically in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management.

• Proven track record as a trainer is a must.

• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in the context of technology education.

• Deep understanding of SAP and familiarity with industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

• Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
