The opportunity

Our SAP EWM professionals deliver solutions to transform logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in Explore phase design workshops
• Configure SAP EWM and related modules
• Design custom RICEF solutions and document specifications
• Perform testing of solutions
• Support training material development and delivery
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users
• Demonstrate technical and business capabilities
• Adapt to new knowledge quickly
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

Skills and attributes for success

Work with stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and configure SAP systems, including integrations with non-SAP systems.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience
• 2+ years of experience with SAP EWM
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Ability to research client inquiries, including regulations and emerging issues
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Preferred qualifications

• Prior consulting or deep functional experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience
• Designing custom RICEF solutions and writing specifications
• Experience with testing and end-user training
• Knowledge of warehouse operations in distribution or manufacturing
