Role Overview

You will deliver strategic SAP EWM solutions, participate in design workshops, configure SAP modules, design RICEF solutions, test solutions, develop training materials, and support clients on-site. Your role requires strong technical skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Explore phase design workshops
• Configure SAP EWM and related modules
• Design and document custom RICEF solutions
• Perform testing and support training development
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users
• Demonstrate technical expertise and business understanding
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of SAP EWM experience
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Preferred Skills

• Consulting experience or deep functional SAP knowledge
• SAP certifications
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations
• Hands-on configuration and RICEF design experience
• Training material development and testing experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations
