Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Lead SAPS/4EWM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience to drive design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions in a hybrid Dallas environment. This direct hire role requires onsite work with one remote day, relocation not provided, and sponsorship not offered.

The candidate should lead blueprinting workshops, perform hands-on configuration, and guide go-live activities across multiple full-lifecycle implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient SAP knowledge of ABAP, BAPI, IDoc, ALV, SAPScript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, job scheduling, OSS notes, etc.
• Technical knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java, SAP NetWeaver is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP applications, SDLC, and IT practices; integration principles a plus.
• General knowledge of SAP business processes and SAP modules.
• Proficient using PC.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: act as the lead contributor and SME on SAPS/4EWM deployment initiatives.
• Solution Design: lead blueprinting workshops to translate warehouse requirements into SAPS/4EWM blueprints.
• Configuration: hands-on configuration of S/4EWM processes including inbound/outbound, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management.
• Advanced Features: implement Yard, Labor, Slotting, and MFS functionalities.
• Go-Live Execution: participate in cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare support for high-volume facilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are seeking a Lead SAPS/4EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant with over 15years of experience to join oursupply chainteam. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate has led multiple full-lifecycle implementations, deeply understands production logistics, and has a proven track record of successful go-lives.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

• Configuration : Hands-on configuration ofS/4EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management.
• Advanced Features : Implement advancedS/4EWM functionalities like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Material Flow Systems (MFS).
• Go-Live Execution :Participateincutover planning, legacy data migration, and hypercare support for high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Technical SAP knowledge of: ABAP programming language, bapi, idoc, ALV, SAPscript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, job scheduling, implementation of OSS notes, etc. Technical knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java, SAP Netweaver, etc. is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and IT practices and methods. Knowledge of EAI / integration principles is a plus.
• General knowledge of SAP business processes & SAP modules.
• Proficient using PC.

Other Pertinent Job Information:

• Temporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead. May be required to act in senior role, providing task related advice and direction to junior team members.
• Hybrid Structure : On-site 4 days a week at our corporateoffice.
• Remote Flexibility : 1 day a week of remote work flexibility.
• Travel Expectation : Available for on-site travel to distribution centers during critical project phases, cutovers, and go-live events.
