Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Lead SAPS/4EWM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of experience to drive design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions.

You will lead full-lifecycle implementations, manage production logistics, and ensure successful go-lives in a high-volume environment. On-site 4 days/week in Dallas with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 6–8 years of ERP and SAP S/4EWM experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, ABAP, and integration concepts.
• Proven lifecycle project leadership and go-live delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4EWM deployment initiatives as functional expert.
• Run blueprinting workshops translating warehouse needs to SAP designs.
• Hands-on configuration of inbound/outbound, staging, and wave management.
• Implement advanced features like Yard/Labor Management and MFS.
• Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare.

We are seeking a Lead SAPS/4EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant with over 15years of experience to join oursupply chainteam. In this role, you will act asasubject matter expert, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of complex warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate has led multiple full-lifecycle implementations, deeplyunderstandsproduction logistics, and has a proven track record of successful go-lives.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

• Solution Leadership: Act as the lead individual contributor and functional expert on all SAPS/4EWM2023deployment initiatives.
• Solution Design: Lead blueprinting workshops to translate complex warehouse requirements into scalable SAPS/4EWM blueprints.
• Configuration: Hands-on configuration ofS/4EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, production staging, kitting, physical inventory, and wave management.
• Advanced Features: Implement advancedS/4EWM functionalities like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Material Flow Systems (MFS).
• Go-Live Execution:Participateincutover planning, legacy data migration, and hypercare support for high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Technical SAP knowledge of: ABAP programming language, bapi, idoc, ALV, SAPscript, batchinput, smartforms, LSMW, job scheduling, implementation of OSS notes, etc. Technical knowledge of SAP authorizations, Java, SAP Netweaver, etc. is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of ERP applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and IT practices and methods. Knowledge of EAI / integration principles is a plus.
• General knowledge of SAP business processes & SAP modules.
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
• Recognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

Other Pertinent Job Information:

• Temporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead. May be required to act in senior role, providing task related advice and direction to junior team members.
• Hybrid Structure: On-site 4 days a week at our corporateoffice.
• Remote Flexibility: 1 day a week of remote work flexibility.
• Travel Expectation: Available for on-site travel to distribution centers during critical project phases, cutovers, and go-live events.
