We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Testing Lead with strong functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and a proven track record of leading testing initiatives for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in SAP EWM, WM, and IM with significant hands-on involvement in test strategy development, test planning, execution, defect management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing efforts across SAP S/4HANA EWM modules including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases tailored to EWM processes including inbound/outbound logistics, labor management, dock scheduling, and yard logistics.
Oversee defect tracking and resolution using tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and MTM; ensure timely closure of defects and ensure quality metrics are met.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, identify test data, define test scripts, and validate EWM configurations.
Coordinate onsite-offshore testing teams, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones.
Engage with business stakeholders to ensure test alignment with business requirements and facilitate smooth execution of UAT phases.
Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and super-users; prepare detailed user manuals and SOPs.
Integrate and validate EWM processes with related modules (SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, TM).
Provide go-live and hypercare support ensuring a smooth transition to the production environment.
Continuously improve QA processes and implement best practices in software testing methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 6.5 years in S/4HANA EWM (embedded) implementations.
Experience leading 2 or more SAP testing projects end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of EWM functionalities such as POSC, WOCR, PPF, RF, Yard Logistics, Dock Scheduling, and Integration with 3PL systems.
Expertise in test management tools like HP ALM, HP QC, MTM, and JIRA.
Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Worksoft) is a plus.
Familiarity with ABAP debugging and RICEFW documentation.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
SAP Certification in EWM and SAP Activate preferred.

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
SAP Certified Application Associate – Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA.
SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager.
