Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Labor Management Consultant for a 100% remote role in the USA. The candidate will bring hands-on experience with SAP EWM Labor Management and BRFplus, including Engineered Labor Standards and travel distance/time calculations.

Responsibilities include leading implementation, BRFplus configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with warehouse operations and SAP teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM Labor Management and BRFplus.
• Real-world implementation experience with EWM Labor Management using BRFplus.
• Experience with coordinate-based travel distance and time calculations.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes such asPicking, Putaway, Replenishment, Warehouse Orders and Tasks.

• Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot BRFplus and EWM Labor Management issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Labor Management Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in SAP EWM Labor Management and BRFplus. The ideal candidate must have real implementation experience configuring Labor Management using BRFplus, specifically around travel distance, travel time, warehouse coordinates, labor activity determination, and Engineered Labor Standards (ELS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM Labor Management implementation and configuration.
• Configure and implement BRFplus decision tables, rules, functions, and decision services.
• Configure travel distance and travel time calculations using warehouse/resource coordinates.
• Work with warehouse coordinates and source/destination locations for travel calculations.
• Configure Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) using BRFplus.
• Configure Labor Activity Determination and workload calculations.
• Configure labor standards, resource types, activities, and performance-related processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM Labor Management solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot BRFplus and EWM Labor Management issues.
• Work closely with warehouse operations, business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support during UAT and Go-Live.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP EWM Labor Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with BRFplus.
