Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Labor Management Consultant with BRFplus expertise to drive hands-on implementations in our U.S. operations.

You will design, configure, and validate Labor Management solutions within EWM, aligning with business goals and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has in-depth experience with Labor Activity Determination, ELS, and warehouse coordinate-based calculations, and is comfortable traveling onsite for UAT and Go-Live activities

Qualifications

• Must have actual implementation experience with EWM Labor Management using BRFplus.
• Hands-on experience with Labor Activity Determination and ELS.
• Experience in warehouse processes, resources, activity areas, and travel paths.
• Willingness to travel onsite during UAT and Go-Live.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with EWM Labor Management & BRFplus.
• Real implementation experience with Labor Activity Determination and ELS.
• Experience with warehouse coordinates and coordinate-based travel distance/time calculations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, resources, activity areas, and travel paths.
• Experience supporting UAT and Go-Live.
• Must be willing to travel onsite during UAT and Go-Live.

Important: Candidates must have actual implementation experience with EWM Labor Management using BRFplus. General or theoretical EWM/BRFplus experience will not be sufficient.
