Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking an experienced SAP ESL Project Manager to lead the Sacramento ESL SAP implementation across S/4HANA PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management, and EWM, including warehouse automation and logistics integrations.

The role partners with IT, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while supporting a 24/7 operation with no unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Sacramento SAP ESL implementation on time and within scope/budget.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap activities for manufacturing and warehouse processes.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP modules and warehouse automation systems.
• Provide governance updates and status reporting to PMO leadership.
• Coach teams in project management tools and Lean-Agile practices.
