Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to essential duties or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst supporting processes in SAP, Oracle or other ERP.
• Experience as an analyst in operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing existing business processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Perform ERP enhancements and new implementations with oversight and defined objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; translate business needs into system design solutions.
• Execute tasks across analysis, design, testing, validation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Perform functional testing, coordinate UAT with end users, and support go-live activities.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting system issues and analyzing processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (field related to essential duties)

Associate’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience

High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science or MIS (preferred)
