Job summary

Zip is seeking a Solutions Architect to build the technical foundation powering Zip’s ERP and integration ecosystem. You will architect SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Ariba templates, standardize integrations, and drive scalable, repeatable customer implementations while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design.

In this role you will translate complex customer needs into robust data mappings and templates, support pre-sales, and raise the bar for technical excellence across all deployments,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering SAP ERP integrations (ECC/S/4HANA) or Ariba.
• Strong foundation in SAP MM/FI data models.
• Familiarity with SAP integration methods (IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData, BTP/CPI).
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred, but strong integrator capable of learning new tools will be considered.
• Experience with XML/REST endpoints and standard authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Architect and standardize SAP integrations (ECC/S/4HANA) and Ariba templates.
• Bridge product and field by aligning templates with core product architecture and customer needs.
• Turn complex deployments into reusable data mappings and internal assets.
• Support pre-sales by designing and vetting integration architectures.
• Define and champion best practices for technical solution consulting across deployments.
• Become a multi-ERP expert across SAP/MM/PI and other ERP ecosystems.
• Design scalable solutions that enable future implementations.
