Job summary

Zip is seeking a Solution Integrations Architect to build the technical foundation powering its ERP and integration ecosystem, with a focus on Oracle EBS R12 and related templates. You will design, maintain, and iterate on Zip-owned ERP integrations, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Design to scale customer implementations.

You will become a Multi-ERP expert, turning complex customer environments into reusable assets and defining standards for data models, APIs, and templates used

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Oracle EBS or Oracle environments.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core Oracle EBS business processes, schema layouts, and data models (PO, AP, GL).
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration methods (Open Interface Tables, Public APIs/PL-SQL, ISG, REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred, but strong core integration logic applicants are welcome.
• Experience with XML / REST endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
• Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience.
• Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Comfortable with API documentation, testing, and troubleshooting integration errors.
• Able to document customer requirements quickly and work with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, maintain, and iterate Oracle EBS R12 integration templates for scalable customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to keep templates aligned with product architecture and customer needs.
• Identify reusable data mapping patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
• Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures for smooth deployments.
• Define and champion technical solution consulting best practices across implementations.
• Develop deep fluency across additional ERP ecosystems beyond Oracle EBS and App Studio.
• Balance high-level architecture with hands-on template modifications to ensure reliable delivery.
