Job summary
Thorben Consulting, LLC is seeking a senior SAP Architect/Lead for a full-time role in Northern Virginia with remote options. You will lead SAP upgrades, migrations, and architecture for government and commercial clients, delivering complex ERP solutions and advisory services.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years SAP Basis experience, a Secret clearance or ability to obtain, and excellent communication to engage executives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years SAP Basis experience with SAP systems installation and administration
- Experience in architecting and planning SAP Upgrade and database migration projects
- Proven track record delivering SAP upgrades and migrations
- Strong consulting background and ability to advise senior stakeholders
- Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- SAP Upgrades and Migrations
- Technical Project Planning
- SAP System Administration
- Architect SAP Upgrade and database migration projects
- Deliver SAP upgrades and migrations and related projects
- Provide senior advisory services and trusted adviser relationships
- Direct enterprise architecture analysis, design and solution development
- Apply SAP ERP Architecture to design, integrate and manage ERP implementations
- Present status briefings to client senior executives
- BASIS/HANA administration including installations, patches and performance tuning
- Develop business process and data models
- Ensure architectural vision aligns with business objectives
- Influence executives on enterprise strategy and governance
- Coordinate across stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate solutions
