Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a SAP Sr Engineer to lead technical and functional delivery of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, and BTP within a large-scale customer services transformation in Columbus, Ohio. You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with vendors, and drive high-impact integration across the Meter-to-Cash value chain.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP delivery experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, and BTP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience including design, configuration, development, and integration.
• Proven leadership delivering SAP implementations within complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud.
• Experience with BTP Integration Suite, REST APIs, and middleware integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps tools for SAP.
• Deep understanding of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service processes.
• Oversee design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications with internal teams and partners.
• Manage SAP RICEFW development and ensure traceability to program requirements.
• Drive testing cycles and maintain documentation via Jira and qTest.

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified SAP Sr Engineer to fill an open position with one of our regulated utility and energy services clients. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical and functional delivery of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, and BTP capabilities within a large-scale customer services transformation. You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with vendors, and drive high-impact integration and modernization efforts. This position offers visibility across the entire Meter-to-Cash value chain and the chance to influence enterprise-wide SAP strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service processes, including S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud
• Overseeing design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications in collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners
• Managing SAP RICEFW development and ensuring full traceability to program requirements
• Driving testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and maintaining documentation via Jira and qTest

The ideal candidate:

Required:

• 7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience including design, configuration, development, and integration
• Proven leadership experience delivering SAP implementations within complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, and related SAP modules
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, REST APIs, and middleware integration patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps tools for SAP
• Deep understanding of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and compliance frameworks

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Experience in utility or energy industry transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of integrating non-SAP platforms with SAP (MuleSoft, IAM tools, API frameworks)
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud
• Exposure to AI-enhanced SAP tools (e.g., AI-based automation)
• Understanding of utility regulatory requirements and customer data privacy
• Experience in enterprise data migration and master data management
