Job summary

DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. (DNUS) seeks an SAP End-User Support specialist for US operations across SD, MM, PP, and FICO modules. You will respond to user queries, resolve SAP issues, and escalate complex problems to consultants as needed.

You will also monitor system health, support training sessions, and maintain user documentation to ensure smooth daily operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SAP end-user support or a similar role.
• Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC 6.0.
• Experience in providing user training and preparing documentation.
• Experience with EDI and B2B integration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user queries related to SAP in SD/MM/PP/FICO modules.
• Provide timely resolutions to issues including system errors and performance problems.
• Escalate complex issues to SAP consultants when necessary.
• Perform daily system health checks and collaborate with SAP Basis teams.
• Conduct training sessions or one-on-one coaching for SAP users.
• Document all tickets, resolutions, and escalations; assist with process documentation and reporting.
