Job summary

You will work with a global SAP Configuration and Production Support team, update configurations, assist with minor enhancements, and document incidents in the ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP FSCD-related issues raised by end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to FSCD processes, such as payment processing, invoicing, and collections.
• Document and track issues using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work as part of dynamic SAP Configuration and Production Support team which includes 15 members, working onsite & offshore.
• Assist in maintaining and updating SAP FSCD configurations based on business requirements.
• Support minor enhancements and changes to FSCD functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants.
