Job summary

Accenture seeks an SAP transformation professional to lead large-scale SAP programs and payroll Cloud implementations. You will drive project delivery, manage scope and risk, and guide teams across client workstreams during transformation initiatives.

Travel to client sites is expected, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and high-quality SAP solutions. A strong consulting background and EC Payroll expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team and lead workstreams or projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive profitability and service quality across engagements.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, change management and project management workstreams.
