We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). In this role, you will support the 1LMX (One Lockheed Martin Transformation) program, focusing on optimizing HR and Payroll processes through effective implementation and ongoing support of ECP. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, configuring systems, testing new features, and supporting ongoing operations, leveraging your knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, HR, payroll processes, and data.
This position offers a 4x10 work schedule (every Friday off), with full-time telecommuting options. Alignment to a Lockheed Martin facility is preferred but not required.
