Job summary

Textron is offering a 10-week, full-time Production Planner Intern role in Georgia. You will support demand analysis, create production plans in SAP, and help optimize scheduling while coordinating with Operations and Sales.

The internship provides mentorship, hands-on projects, and a path to full-time opportunities. Eligible candidates pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Software knowledge: SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 0 years of experience for P1; 2+ years for P2 internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in demand analysis with Demand Planning and Sales Operations.
• Create daily production scenarios and plans in SAP.
• Enhance SAP usage for scheduling and drive assembly improvements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to optimize capacity and efficiency.
• Ensure production plan is communicated and updated.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor order coverage and production plan as KPIs.
• Analyze supply problems and communicate findings to management.
