Job summary

C5MI Insight LLC seeks an experienced Managing Director, SAP Regulated Industries to accelerate growth in the DoD and SAP ecosystems from Reston, VA. The MD will serve as a bridge between C5MI, SAP NS2, and DoD customers, proactively identifying opportunities and shaping requirements.

You will lead joint efforts with SAP DoD account executives, drive new business development, and position C5MI’s services as the partner of choice, with a focus on compliance and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field with 14–18 years of sales, business development, or capture management; or no degree with 18–22 years of stated relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience operating within the SAP federal/defense ecosystem, including direct experience with SAP product lines such as S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP Analytics Cloud in a DoD context.
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise software deals and work with OEM sales teams to co-close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• SAP & NS2 Partnership Liaison: represent C5MI to SAP’s DoD sales organization and NS2, building trusted relationships with SAP account executives and NS2 program teams.
• Work daily with growth and sales teams to align pursuits with SAP’s pipeline and opportunities before release.
• Bridge SAP solutions to DoD procurement, ensuring compliance and addressing defense customer realities.
• Identify new SAP opportunities across DoD commands, agencies, and components; surface leads early in procurement lifecycles.
• Collaborate with capture and proposal teams to craft strategies combining SAP software with C5MI services.
• Co-pursue and co-close SAP software deals, attending meetings and briefings as a joint C5MI–SAP representative.
