Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within SAP. You will lead engagement delivery, ensure quality and risk management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver DMC architecture solutions.

You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and translate needs into actionable technical designs, leveraging EY’s integrated capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain best practices within DMC and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations in PP/DMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in DMC and maintain strong business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments.
