Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

You will interact with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning (PP) focusing on DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering results within deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework and ensure process and solution effectiveness.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops from planning through execution and closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid teams of offshore and onshore staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP DMC expertise with solid business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
