EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver DMC-enabled SAP solutions while traveling up to 40-60% for client engagements.

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant SAP manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP ERP / S/4 HANA in Production Planning for DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking and advisory roles in industry.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions in the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from plan to execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team to deliver on schedule.
• Demonstrate functional SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud expertise with strong business sense.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and communicating progress.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
