Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain. In this role you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable SAP solutions.

You will lead workshops, manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore staff, travel 40–60% to meet client needs, and ensure delivery within schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years in SAP manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP ERP/S/4HANA in PP/DMC space.
• Proven leadership of teams and delivery under deadlines.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage DMC delivery within SAP ecosystems.
• Track progress, risks, and client communications through milestones.
• Lead client sessions, plan and close out workstreams.
• Design workshops and recommend S/4HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to meet schedules.
• Provide high-quality SAP project delivery and engagement management.
• Build and sustain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
