AdvanSix is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead SAP and enterprise application initiatives within a manufacturing setting. You will translate strategy into executable plans, govern delivery, and partner with business, DTT, vendors, and implementation partners from planning through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering complex IT, digital, or enterprise projects.
• Proven SAP-related implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, upgrade, or transformation experience.
• Command of project controls, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, IT/DTT, SAP, and external delivery partners.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, escalation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Digital Project ManagerplansanddeliverscomplexSAP and enterprise applicationinitiatives.Workingacross business, DTT, vendor, and implementation partner teams, this role applies disciplined execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and risk managementfrom initiation through go-live,hypercare, and stabilization.The ideal candidate brings proven project management fundamentals, practical SAPand enterprise applicationimplementation experience, and the ability to move teams from planning to execution with structure and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Execute technology projects using the enterprise Project Management Methodology (PMM), ensuring consistent application of delivery standards, governance checkpoints, and required artifacts.

• Translate approved business demand into executable project plans, milestones, integrated schedules, anddeliveryroadmaps.

• Manage delivery controls—includingscope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and quality—toachieveagreed outcomes.

• Lead SAP and enterpriseapplication implementationsandtransformations, includingrequirementscoordination, testing, cutover, deployment,hypercare, and stabilization.

• Coordinatebusiness, DTT, vendor, and implementation partnerteamsthrough an integrated, end-to-end delivery approach.

• Maintain deliveryvisibilitythroughgovernancereporting, risk escalation,anddecision tracking.

• Integrate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption-risk managementintothe project plan in partnership with accountable business and change owners.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Buildproductiverelationships with business stakeholders, DTT teams, SAP resources, vendors, and delivery partners.

• Facilitate cross-functionalalignment, remove barriers, and supporttimelydecisions.

• Provide clear project communications, including statusreports, risk and issueescalations, decision support, and executive-ready updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, ora relatedfield.

• Minimum10years of experience managing and delivering complex IT, digital, or enterprise application projects.

• Demonstrated experience managing SAP-related implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.

• Demonstrated command of project controls, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, IT/DTT, SAP,andexternal deliverypartners.

• Experience coordinating business readiness and change enablement activities.

• Effectivecommunication, facilitation, negotiation,escalation,and stakeholderengagementskills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP or enterprise application projects in a manufacturing environment.

• PMP or related project management certification.

The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000 annually.
