Job summary

AdvanSix is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead SAP and enterprise application initiatives within a manufacturing setting. You will translate strategy into executable plans, govern delivery, and partner with business, DTT, vendors, and implementation partners from planning through go-live and stabilization.

You bring proven project management fundamentals, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to move teams from planning to execution with clarity, risk management, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering complex IT, digital, or enterprise projects.
• Proven SAP-related implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, upgrade, or transformation experience.
• Command of project controls, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, IT/DTT, SAP, and external delivery partners.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, escalation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT and enterprise project initiatives with disciplined governance.
• Translate approved business demand into executable project plans, milestones, integrated schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage delivery controls—scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and quality.
• Lead SAP and enterprise application implementations and transformations.
• Coordinate business readiness and change enablement activities.
• Provide executive-ready status updates and governance reporting.
