Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to help with reporting development in SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with SAP data structures and a proven ability to work efficiently and closely with the designated product owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and perform data mapping with SAP
• Utilize a comprehensive tech stack, including Databricks in Microsoft Azure Government, to manage and process data.
• Ingest data into the data lake, which currently resides in SQL Server, and oversee its migration to Databricks in Azure within six months.
• Navigate and compare data tables in SAP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Set up data engineering processes in the data lake and develop timely and accurate reports.
• Plan and develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports

Pay Rate: $45-65/hr depending on experience Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
