Qualifications

• Education and ExperienceRequired: 6+ years of technical experience in SAPABAPdevelopmentand a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.

• A Computer or Industrial Engineer Bachelor's or equivalent Degree.

• ABAPProgramming and software development knowledge (Reports, ALV, Function Modules, Classes,ABAPproxy).

• ABAPFor HANA experience (Fiori, CDS Views, AMDPs, Eclipse) – Certification in ABAP development is highly recommended.

• Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the implementation of a specific deliverable. Able to contribute to the design of deliverables. Has the ability to perform/drive the resolution of problems on individual products.

• Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area.Demonstrate fundamental technical knowledge.

• ITIL Process knowledge (a plus), Customer Service experience.

• Experience leading projects from a technical perspective.

• Strong research and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong experience with customers in different locations.

• English (at least 85%).

Plant Maintenance

• Maintain SAP ECC configuration related to Plant Maintenance functionality;

• Network with business stakeholders and facilitate gathering of business requirements and prioritization as part of SAFe Agile team;

• Develop level of effort estimates for new capabilities;

• Design, develop (ABAP, UI5, Web Dynpro), test, and deploy new SAP Plant Maintenance functionality enhancements to meet business requirements;

• Resolve system defects as related to SAP Plant Maintenance functionality;

• Perform SAP ECC testing of Plant Maintenance functionality for SAP Upgrades/support packs;

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for SAP ECC Plant Maintenance functionality;

• Provide ongoing liaison with business stakeholders;

• Participate in SAFe Agile PI Planning Events;

• Document changes, test plans, test results, and changes as required;

• Support internal process improvement and root cause analysis efforts;

• Support project teams for various business initiatives;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SAP ChaRM;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required;

• Occasional domestic US travel required;

• Some off-shift work required;

Work Environment

• Remote to Puerto Rico only (Resources need to reside in Puerto Rico)
