Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Operations Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation for a DoD client. You will act as the Deployment Lead's execution partner, managing day-to-day delivery, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration to keep the deployment moving forward.

The role emphasizes strong schedule tracking, meeting facilitation, and producing executive-ready artifacts.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, IT project management, or large-scale systems integration environments.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaborative platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

Master Schedule Maintenance: track daily progress against the deployment schedule and gather status updates.
Action Item Triage: track, document, and drive to closure all actionable items, decisions, and risks.
Meeting Facilitation & Coordination: coordinate logistics, draft agendas, and document minutes for deployment meetings.
Content Development: draft and format deployment deliverables, status reports, and executive briefing slides.
High Attention to Detail: ensure deployment documents are polished and client-ready.
