Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States seeks an experienced SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager to drive design, development, and remediation for enterprise SAP solutions. You will translate business needs into detailed designs and guide a skilled team to deliver robust SAP ECC/S4 implementations.

Lead budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and risk management, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with SAP functional consultants and client teams.

Qualifications

7+ years SAP ECC and S/4 development experience.
Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning.

Responsibilities

Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design.
Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations.
Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations.
Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
