Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to analyze complex business processes, define solution architecture, and lead ERP customizations and data migrations across SAP landscapes.

You will collaborate with development teams, ensure data integrity, and drive performance optimization while adhering to security and compliance standards in client environments in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating and modernizing SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and BDC.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration and analytics issues.
• Fluency in English; USA or Dearborn, Michigan work location.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture; steer customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect SAP with external apps; lead large-scale data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience; lead audits for security/compliance.
• Develop detailed documentation and lead training workshops for various user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Support migration and modernization initiatives from SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and BDC.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration and analytics issues.

• SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA
• SAP HANA Native Modeling

Strong Expertise In

• Data Modeling
• SQL & SQLScript
• Data Integration and ETL Concepts
• Data Federation & Data Replication
• Data Governance & Security
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Understanding of business semantic modeling and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with SAP BTP platform services.

Preferred Skill And Experience

SAP product certifications are a plus.

• Fluency in English.
• Work location is Infosys office Hub locations at USA or Dearborn, Michigan.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
