Job summary

IRIUM is seeking a Senior SAP BW/4HANA & Data Sphere Consultant for a remote position. You will design data models, data flows, and semantic layers in Data Sphere, enabling analytical and planning use cases across SAP and non-SAP sources.

You will drive data integration, migrations, data mapping, and validation, coordinating with Basis and security teams to ensure compliant access control. Strong expertise in BW/4HANA and Data Sphere is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP data management, data warehousing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, data flows, local tables, access controls, views, and semantic layers in Data Sphere to support analytical and planning use cases.
• Configure data integration and replication scenarios using Data Sphere’s data integration and federation capabilities.
• Execute data migration and transformation activities from BW/4HANA objects to Data Sphere entities.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data mapping, lineage, and reconciliation across source and target systems.
• Configure connections between SAP Data Sphere, SAP HANA Cloud, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and non-SAP sources.
• Support testing, validation, and cutover during the rollout phases.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and security teams to ensure landscape setup, user roles, and access control align with enterprise policies.
• Establish best practices and reusable frameworks for modeling, data flow design, and performance management.

We are currently looking for: Senior SAP BW/4HANA & Data Sphere Consultant

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP data management, data warehousing, and analytics.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA , including data modeling, transformations, queries, and extraction.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Data Sphere (SAP Data Warehouse Cloud), including data modeling, data flows, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design data models, data flows, local tables, access controls, views, and semantic layers in Data Sphere to support analytical and planning use cases.
• Configure data integration and replication scenarios using Data Sphere’s data integration and federation capabilities.
• Execute data migration and transformation activities from BW/4HANA objects (Info Providers, CompositeProviders, ADSOs) to Data Sphere entities.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data mapping, lineage, and reconciliation across source and target systems.
• Configure connections between SAP Data Sphere, SAP HANA Cloud, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and non-SAP sources.
• Support testing, validation, and cutover during the rollout phases.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and security teams to ensure landscape setup, user roles, and access control align with enterprise policies.
• Establish best practices and reusable frameworks for modeling, data flow design, and performance management.

Location: Remote

Range Salarial

€4,300–€4,700 gross monthly salary
