SAP DataSphere Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate SAP DataSphere Specialist. This individual will play a crucial role in leveraging SAP DataSphere to help drive our data integration and data management strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-based data platforms and a deep understanding of SAP's data ecosystem, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize data solutions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Design, implement, and manage data integration processes using SAP DataSphere. Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration with various SAP systems and third-party platforms.
• Platform Optimization: Work to optimize the performance and efficiency of SAP DataSphere. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in data flows and pipelines.
• Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance policies within SAP DataSphere to ensure data quality, privacy, and security.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide scalable solutions. Collaborate with SAP, cloud, and business intelligence teams for end-to-end data flow integration.
• Cloud Solutions: Utilize SAP DataSphere's cloud capabilities for scalable data management and analytics. Design cloud data architectures and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and optimize reporting pipelines using SAP DataSphere, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for the business.
• Training & Support: Provide training to internal stakeholders on best practices for using SAP DataSphere and offer ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP or data management preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with SAP DataSphere, SAP HANA, or related SAP technologies.
• Strong experience in data integration, data modeling, and data governance within the SAP ecosystem.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data transformation tools is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with SAP DataSphere architecture, data pipelines, and integration methods.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and SAP Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with data lake solutions or ETL tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI integration in data workflows.
