Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Data Engineer to join our data and analytics team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines bridging SAP data with modern cloud architectures.

You will work with SAP Datasphere, Data Cloud, Spark, and CI/CD data workflows, ensuring data quality, governance, and metadata. Collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or large-scale data integration.
• Proven experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Strong SQL and Python/Java for data pipeline development.
• Experience with Spark for distributed processing and data transformation.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Integrate SAP ERP/S4HANA and external sources into modern cloud data architectures.
• Deliver reusable, governed Data Products for analytics and operations.
• Collaborate with governance, architects, and stakeholders to define data standards.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior SAP Data Engineer to join our data and analytics team.In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging enterprise SAP data with modern cloud data architecture.
