Job summary

Accenture in New York is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations and guide multi-wave data cutovers across complex landscapes.

You will architect end-to-end migration frameworks, define tooling and governance, and mentor a team of consultants and developers while coordinating with client data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in lead data migration roles.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• 3 years leading migrations using SAP-native tooling LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable platforms.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance across large multi-wave programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers.
