Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader who designs enterprise-grade migration strategies and drives execution at scale. You will oversee end-to-end data migration programs across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM and more, mentoring a team of consultants while engaging client leadership on data quality and sign-off processes.

The role requires hands-on depth, executive presence, and ability to solve stubborn data quality issues while managing multi-wave migrations and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with leadership in data migration
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migrations, 2 with S/4HANA
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP tools

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large-scale programs
• Lead data migration object design, business rules, and cutover sequencing
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers
• Engage with data owners and IT stakeholders on data quality and sign-off
• Govern tool configuration and adherence to architecture standards
• Lead migration rehearsals, go-live, and issue resolution
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift
