Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of data entry and/or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Business One.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Create SAP notifications based on information received from employees, including problem descriptions, affected equipment, submitter information, and priority level.
• Connect SAP notifications to existing work orders.
• Process and drop orders as they are received.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Use computers, Microsoft Office, email, and operational software.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner.
