Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions in a hybrid role based in Puerto Rico. You will build scalable data models, enable high-performance data integration, and support cloud-based modern data platforms.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on SAP BW/4HANA expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with technical and business teams to deliver robust analytics

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data models in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• Assist with modernization efforts, including migration from legacy BW systems and cloud integration.
• Build and optimize HANA native models, SQLScript logic, and calculation views.
• Develop high-performance ETL pipelines using SDI, SLT, or BODS.
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver semantic models for SAC and other BI tools.
• Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for SAP data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to DevOps processes including gCTS/CTS+, Git-based workflows, CI/CD automation.
• Help shape architecture roadmaps and long-term strategic data initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA / SAP Datasphere Engineer to work the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions. What You Will Do:

• Design and implement complex data models in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Hands‑on ABAP knowledge for transformations, user exits, and routines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling best practices and performance optimization.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• SAP to cloud migration experience (BW/4HANA or Datasphere).
• Knowledge of SAC, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exposure to SAP MDG or enterprise master data strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale data initiatives or modernization programs.
