Job summary

Vriti in the United States seeks an SAP CRM Functional Consultant to lead On-Premise SAP CRM 7.0 implementation projects within the CRM Service domain. You will gather requirements, configure SAP CRM functionalities, and coordinate with technical consultants to deliver service-focused solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Good understanding of service‑related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
• Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands‑on experience with SAP CRM On‑Premise and can quickly transition back to it.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently handle functional requirements and lead project activities.
