Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA to join our onsite team in Mason, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM processes and configuration.

Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred but not mandatory. You will analyze business requirements, configure SAP CRM solutions within S/4 HANA, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide support, and assist in user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP CRM and S/4 HANA.
• Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) is a plus.
